During a diagnostic visit, we come to your home and focus on how the appliance is behaving: strange noises, error codes, leaks, no cooling, poor heating, or intermittent operation. We work on refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, microwaves, washers, dryers, and more, including high-end brands.

Using manufacturer-guided testing procedures, meters, and years of pattern recognition, we track the issue back to specific components instead of guessing. That might be a failing motor, sensor, control board, valve, switch, or simple installation issue. We then explain what we found, what it will take to fix it, and how that cost compares to replacement.

Because we are insured, EPA certified, and manufacturer-authorized, you can trust that the diagnostic is based on proper standards rather than guesswork. For sealed systems and refrigerant-related problems, we follow all safety and environmental rules while checking pressures and temperatures.

Once you have the diagnosis, you decide the next step. If you approve the repair, we move forward as quickly as parts and scheduling allow. If you choose to replace the appliance instead, you still gain valuable information about what failed and why. We can also install the new unit if you would like consistent care from start to finish.
